The position involves managing and reviewing complex tax engagements across corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individual clients. Youll also lead tax planning initiatives, support mergers and acquisitions activity, advise on entity structuring and restructuring strategies, prepare and review tax provisions and consolidated filings, and act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex financial decisions. Beyond technical delivery, this role plays an important part in mentoring junior staff, supporting practice growth initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.
