What You'll Do Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures) Assist with painting and refurbishing projects Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory Support carpet and floor care as needed Assist with suite make-ready preparation Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills Drive community vehicle as assigned Role Overview Maintenance Assistant – Support Daily Repairs and Preventative Facility Maintenance Pay Range Pay Range: 20.00 - 25.05 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Some benefits have eligibility requirements.
