Company Overview

We are seeking candidates who:

• Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company and there is plenty of room to grow into a team lead, sales/marketing and management role in the 2025 season.
• Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at approximately $20.00/hr, depending on prior experience and skillset.

What You Will Do

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop your sales and marketing skills.

• Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

What You Will Get

• Over time, we are striving to provide a consistent schedule and potential for overtime. As we are a new business, we are hiring to have full-time work but cannot guarantee 40 hours per week, but have strong confidence that will change over the first few months.
• A living wage (starting at approximately $20.00/hr, depending on prior experience and skillset)

Contract length is dependent on start date, we are a seasonal business so the contract length can range. Please contact us to learn more. Job Types: part-time that will expand to full-time hours, part-time, contract, potential for extension hourly rate: approximately $20.00, depending on prior experience and skillset Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Tips Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
