Lead the Team as a Shift Manager at Voodoo Chicken & Daiquiris!

What You'll Be Doing
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day:
Oversee daily operations during your shift to maintain a smooth workflow.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle company policies, delegating tasks, and ensuring all staff are performing at their best.
Assist with inventory management and uphold quality standards.
Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with a passion for leadership and a knack for problem-solving. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills to keep the team on track.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenges calmly and efficiently.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
