About the Role The Reverse Loan Officer will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their loan applications and guiding them through the lending process. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Evaluate loan applications and financial information. Guide clients through the loan process and provide support. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Assist clients in understanding loan options and terms. Qualifications Previous experience in loan origination or a similar role. Must be actively licensed in at least one state. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk. Proficient in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in Quantum Reverse Preferred Skills Knowledge of local real estate markets. Experience with underwriting processes.
