Senior Business Analyst, Commercial IT

LABUR is partnering with a client in the Life Sciences industry to identify a Senior Business Analyst to embed within the Commercial IT organization, serving as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams. The Senior Business Analyst will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives — including multiple launches, system refreshes and upgrades, and an upcoming migration. Responsibilities Partner with Commercial and IT stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements across the Commercial IT ecosystem Translate complex business needs into actionable functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs Support product launch initiatives by coordinating requirements and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and timelines Drive system refresh and upgrade projects, including planning and preparation for the migration to Veeva Vault CRM Build strong, trust‑based relationships with business teams through proactive engagement, collaboration, and clear communication Leverage Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Veeva PromoMats to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet commercial objectives Identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements that align technology solutions with evolving business goals Qualifications Senior‑level experience as a Business Analyst within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry Strong understanding of the Commercial IT landscape, platforms, and supporting systems Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM (required) Experience with Veeva Align and Veeva PromoMats (strongly preferred) Proven ability to engage and collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels Collaborative team player who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments #J-18808-Ljbffr LABUR
