C++ Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in C++ application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern C++ standards, Linux/Unix development, software engineering best practices, and AI‑assisted software development tools to build, maintain, and optimize high‑performance applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards. Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Optimize application performance and resource utilization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Utilize AI‑powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in C++ application development. Strong knowledge of C++11/14/17 standards and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and STL. Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills. Experience with Linux/Unix development environments. Knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Practical experience using AI‑assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants. Experience with AI‑assisted code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit test creation. Experience with prompt engineering for software development tasks. Experience with AI‑assisted documentation and code review. Ability to validate, optimize, and secure AI‑generated code. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge. Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern AI‑assisted development practices. Desired Skills Experience with CMake, Makefiles, or other build systems. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
