COMPENSATION The compensation is outlined in the 2025-2028 CEA collective bargaining master agreement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Assess individual students to determine the most appropriate teaching strategies and develop a teaching plan, (Individual Development Plan – IDP). Communicates with parents to discuss student progress Participates in curriculum development programs as required Attends staff meetings as required by the Building Principal Other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and Director of Special Education.
