If you thrive in roles where you're creating relationships and finding the right solutions for others' unique needs, keep reading to learn more!Healthcare Sales Consultant Must-Haves:Proven sales experience, ideally in a direct sales role within a high-ticket industry like medical, pharmaceutical, or real estateWorking knowledge of the financial aspects involved in patient care and sales-driven healthcare servicesEffective, professional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skillsSelf-motivation to achieve real results and exceed quotasProfessional, business-minded mentalityHunger to keep growing, learning, and performing at a high levelAbility to build trust and create positive relationshipsAbility to learn from professional feedback and keep up with a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentAbility to follow scripts, established protocols, and proven procedures to maximize successWillingness to perform patient consultations, discuss health histories, and determine the underlying motivations for patientsResponsibilities Include:Working from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, Friday, with some flexibility as needed to meet with patientsFostering strong connections with patients and building trust with leadsFollowing up with warm leads to expertly explain our treatment options and promote the value of scheduling an appointmentAddressing concerns, answering questions, and helping guide patients through financial coverage optionsOvercoming objections to successfully close high-value treatment plansHelping patients make informed decisions about their health and pursue quality treatmentsWe offer:Salary: $40,000 - $60,000/year, based on qualificationsAdditional Compensation: Sales incentives for booking treatments, with an annual earning potential of $100,000+Full-Time Benefits Package: Paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, supplement discounts, paid training, monthly bonuses, company-covered travel and seminar expenses, and complimentary healthcare treatments for you + your immediate familyJOIN US!We believe in treating the whole body as an integrated system and offer a range of services, including chiropractic care, an advanced neuropathy treatment program, in-office therapy modalities including class IV laser, nutrition and weight loss protocols, and state-of-the-art rehabilitative modalities such as Hako and decompression.
