Overview


Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions to meet hiring needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best match for each role
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide regular updates
• Post job openings across various platforms and build/maintain talent pipelines
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring processes
• Handle a high-volume workload while maintaining professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

• Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS systems is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
