Job Description Job Responsibilities: Act as the Quality core team member on design change projects. Participate in design and development activities, providing quality input and ensuring adherence to design controls. Support the development and maintenance of design and development files (DDFs) to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485). Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management system (QMS) processes related to design control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to ensure quality objectives are met. Provide quality engineering support for CAPA activities, including performing investigations and implementation of actions, and executing verification of effectiveness (VOE) to ensure solutions are sustained and compliant with FDA/ISO and internal requirements. Support internal and external audits as required. Job Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field. Minimum of 2 year of experience in medical device industry. Design controls experience is preferred. Knowledge of design controls and risk management (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
