Warehouse Selector

Location + Work Type: Boise, ID – Onsite

Duration: 6 month

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Night Shift (3rd Shift)
• Sunday–Friday, 5 days per week
• 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Overtime may be available on Fridays
• Shift may extend to 5:00 AM based on workload

Job Summary

Seeking a Warehouse Selector to support warehouse operations by accurately selecting, picking, packing, and moving products using an electric pallet jack and RF scanner. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced warehouse environment that includes refrigerated and freezer areas.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack and/or forklift
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Load, unload, organize, and palletize products
• Assist with shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Experience operating a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Experience using RF scanners (handheld/arm scanner)
• Order picking and packing experience
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to lift 10–75 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs)
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack or forklift
• 1+ year warehouse, military, or other physically demanding work experience
• 1+ year order selection experience
• Consistent work history of 2+ years
