BI Analyst (Data-Focused)Get Inspired by the Work You'll DoOwn the extraction, transformation, and validation of data from multiple sources to support business analysis and reportingWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to power dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analysisDesign and build scalable datasets and data models to support business domainPartner with business and technical teams to define data requirements and translate them into structured data solutionsIdentify data quality issues, implement validation checks, and drive improvements in data integrity and reliabilityDevelop automated reporting and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insightsCreate and maintain documentation for data models, transformations, and reporting logicQualificationsBA/BS degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experienceStrong SQL skills, including experience with complex joins, window functions, and query optimizationExperience working with large, relational datasets and building data models for analyticsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutionsFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Databricks/Hive/Snowflake schemas)Experience with Microsoft Access or similar tools is a plus@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
