Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing services. Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor, assess, and respond to the complex needs of ICU patients for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and manage medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Continuously monitor patient vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, adjusting care plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state or jurisdiction.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working in an ICU or critical care environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
