Service Desk Technician

Location: McConnell AFB, Kansas

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations for DoDEA Schools in Yokosuka, Japan.

Role Designation: IT Service Desk Specialist - Level I

IT Security Designation: ADP/IT-III

Investigation Required: Tier 3 (T3)

IA Technical/Management Designation: IAT I and CE

Commercial (Baseline) Certificates: IAT I: Please see Section 3.0 Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement, CE: Associate level certificate for supported technology as approved by the COR.

Experience in this Discipline: Two (2) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
