We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. This role is both demanding and deeply rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who are elderly, ill, injured, or living with disabilities.

The ideal candidate is patient, kind, and professional, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with taking prescribed medications
• Support safe ambulation and mobility (inside the home and during outings such as doctors appointments and walks)
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Help with prescribed physical therapy and mobility exercises
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals based on dietary needs and client preferences
• Run errands and assist with or accompany clients while shopping
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition or unusual incidents
• Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and safe meal preparation
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High ethical standards and reliability
• Physical stamina and the ability to assist with mobility
• High school diploma or equivalent
