  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches to best serve each client’s needs.

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment conducive to client growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a LPC at St. Luke’s, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a broad spectrum of clientele.

  • A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practice.

  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant applications necessary for maintaining client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
