Dispatcher/HR Assistant $960+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, vendor bills, accounts receivable/payable, and basic reporting.
  • Experience answering phones and managing a medium-volume dispatch desk preferred.
  • Knowledge of general office duties, including filing, data entry, printing, and maintaining records.
  • Basic HR administrative experience, including onboarding paperwork and timecard tracking, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and basic computer applications.
  • Must be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.


Shifts:

  • Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Duration:
  • Temp-to-Hire
