Retirement Income Strategies in Evansville WI is seeking to add a Financial Advisor to our Team!

The purpose of this position is to have the opportunity to meet one on one with the company leads from seminars and referrals as well as existing clients. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor servicing existing clients making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients client relationship building and participation in public seminars to include introducing the main Advisor.

1. Conduct annual reviews of client accounts and maintain detailed client files
2. Manage daily client communications to ensure timely and effective service
3. Perform financial analyses develop financial plans and provide customized investment recommendations under the guidance of the Lead Advisor
4. Deepen client relationships and engage with both prospects and clients transitioning from the Lead Advisor
5. Perform portfolio risk assessments and offer investment advice based on comprehensive research
6. Monitor and resolve service issues to ensure a high-quality client experience
7. Accurately document all client interactions in the firms CRM system
8. Lead client meetings from start to finish and guide clients through proposed portfolio changes
9. Ensure adherence to SEC and state licensing requirements

What Were Looking For:

1. 5 years of financial advisor experience preferably with high-net-worth clientele
2. Bachelors degree in finance preferred
3. Life and Health Licensed
4. Series 65 Licensed
5. CFP certification or willingness/availability to obtain within the first year
6. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
7. Experience with CRM systems
8. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
10. Excellent customer service skills including superior verbal and written communication
11. Demonstrated strong follow-through and reliability
12. Positive and professional attitude
13. Persistent and dedicated to achieving high-quality results

Schedule:

1. In office: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
2. Some evenings required for client events
