We are a Kenosha based General Contractor who is committed to providing quality construction and outstanding service to all of our clients. We are actively growing and looking for a Project Manager with previous commercial and retail experience to join our team!

Job Details
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or New Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
