We're Hiring: Solder Assemblers (Levels IV)

2nd Shift | $17$19+/hr | Pay Flexible Based on Experience

Are you experienced in hand soldering and electronic assembly or looking to grow your skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment? Our client is expanding and seeking detail-oriented Solder Assemblers to join their team on 2nd shift.

This is a great opportunity to work with advanced electronic assemblies in a clean, team-oriented environment with room for growth based on experience and skill level.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hand soldering electronic components including thru-hole and surface mount
• Reading work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
• Working with microscopes, precision tools, and testing equipment
• Performing assembly and inspection work with strong attention to detail
• Following quality standards including IPC/J-STD guidelines
• Supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred
• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronics manufacturing or production environments is helpful
