Behavior Technician - Nashua, NH

Pay: $24-$26.50/hour Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, eight-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Part-time schedule: Monday-Friday afternoons Settings: Home, clinic, and/or school, depending on the assignment Training: Support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth. What you'll do Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene Record accurate data on client progress Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training Follow company policies and procedures What you'll need A high school diploma or equivalent An interest in working with children and helping them build new skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation to assigned sessions Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome. RBT certification is preferred, but it is not required to apply for the BT position.
