Description Hybrid 4 days onsite in New York, NY Our client seeks a client-facing professional who will manage diverse inquiries, translate complex information into concise messaging, and uphold a consistent, high standard of service. The role requires proactive communication, sound judgment, and effective collaboration across teams to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact, delivering clear, professional, and effective communication across a wide range of client interactions. Manage and respond to diverse client inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency. Translate complex information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to the audience and situation. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service. Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing questions, resolving concerns, and navigating escalations. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent client experience. Partner across teams to gather information, align responses, and deliver seamless support to clients. Uphold professionalism, composure, and credibility in all client interactions, including high-pressure or sensitive situations. Experience Requirements Proven experience in a client-facing role with responsibility for managing inquiries and communications. Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging. Track record of building client relationships and resolving escalations with sound judgment.
