Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones scheduling patient appointments and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors.
• Prepare medical charts and collect necessary third-party payment information.
• Record charges process payments and assist in maintaining accurate financial transactions.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient visits performing designated procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Provide limited direct patient services ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.
• Collaborate with Nursing Support Staff to address front-line clinical and nursing concerns.
