Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $20.08 Stipend (Lodging $875.00 + M&I $448.00) = $1,323.00

Total Comp :$2,045.88

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• 7:00am-7:30pm - three 12-hr. shifts weekly

Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room RN

RN – ER (Emergency Room) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate nursing care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.

• Perform rapid patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and prioritize care based on patient condition and urgency.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered.

• Assist physicians and the healthcare team with procedures, diagnostic testing, and emergency care.

• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and participate in resuscitation and life-saving interventions when needed.

• Provide patient and family support and communicate relevant information regarding treatment and care.

• ER RNs work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver rapid care for a wide range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.

• Assesses, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided.

• Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of the nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures.

• Reports to: RN Director/ Department Manager/ Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of CA.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years

• Additional certifications may be required

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
