Field Service Technician (Industrial Scales)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, calibrating, repairing, and installing a wide range of industrial weighing equipment at customer locations.

This is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of industrial scales and weighing systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues in the field
• Ensure equipment meets accuracy and compliance standards
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at all job sites
• Maintain service records and communicate findings clearly

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
• Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work
