Your Impact as a Livewell Hospital Manager Livewell Hospital Managers are builders. In this role, you will help launch, grow, and stabilize a brand-new hospital from the ground up. This means creating the culture, team, and operational rhythm that define long‑term success. This role requires grit, energy, and a strong drive to grow a business in close partnership with your Founding DVM and regional leadership. You aren’t just managing a clinic; you are establishing a community landmark. Your Impact Will Include Building the Foundation: You will establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing Livewell operational playbooks and partnering with the Founding DVM to align medical and business strategy. Driving Growth & Community Engagement: You will develop and execute local marketing strategies, building relationships with community organizations and local businesses to champion Livewell’s brand presence and drive visit trends. Recruiting & Developing a High‑Performing Team: You will lead the interviewing and hiring process for all support roles, building a cohesive, growth‑oriented team culture and holding teammates accountable to high performance and behavioral standards. Owning the Business: You will manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls. You will identify and execute opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience: You will create systems that support hospitality and efficiency, ensuring high‑quality service aligned with Livewell standards and proactively resolving client concerns. What You’ll Bring To The Team High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong growth mindset. Demonstrated grit, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguous start‑up dynamics. Experience building and developing teams with a positive, culture‑focused leadership style. Willingness to learn and own financial performance (P&L, labor, inventory). Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy. Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, retail, or service environments is preferred. De novo or start‑up experience (specifically within veterinary medicine) is strongly preferred.
