Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement. Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards. Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
