Your Role Awaits

• Performing in-depth patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses both independently and in collaboration with physicians (based on your credentials)
• Guiding patients and their families in matters of prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management
• Prescribing necessary medications and treatment protocols in accordance with the governing regulations
• Engaging in patient follow-up and overseeing chronic care management
• Working alongside cross-functional teams for a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Maintaining precise and thorough documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Credentials

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure for the state of Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialized certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to secure them within 90 days)
