Job Title: Endoscopy Clinical Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary Range: $96,400 – $125,000 annually

Job Summary

The Endoscopy Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the endoscopy nursing department, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care, effective staff management, and optimal departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and maintaining clinical care guidelines.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
2–4 years of clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Endoscopy or procedural care experience preferred.
