As the caseload is thoughtfully split, you’ll deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring students of all ages and needs receive personalized care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current, active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Valid SLP Certificate (CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
• Experience working with K-12 students or in school-based settings
• Adaptability to work across multiple schools and handle varying caseloads
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with staff and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions weekly (16 individual, 37 group)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from elementary through high school
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and growth
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions
