Property Manager

Property Manager - CR Property Services, Inc. CR Property Services, Inc. is seeking motivated and professional Property Managers to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for positions in our Phoenix Office This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties and providing excellent service to property owners and tenants. An active Arizona Real Estate License is required. Applicants without a real estate license will not be considered. Previous property management experience is preferred. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned rental properties Communicate with property owners, tenants, and vendors Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections Handle leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Address tenant concerns and lease compliance issues Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and property performance Assist with marketing and leasing vacant properties Maintain accurate property records and documentation Qualifications Property management or real estate experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Dependable, professional, and able to work independently We are looking for organized, responsive individuals who take pride in providing excellent service and are interested in growing with CR Property Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
