Job Description Process Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes within a fast-paced industrial facility. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards while supporting production goals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput • Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
• Monitoring production performance and troubleshooting process issues
• Developing and maintaining process documentation, standard work, and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process changes
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
The ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or related field)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and ERP/MRP software
