As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC's SRC First Response organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO. Provide after-hours operational leadership and on-call support. Participate in an on-call leadership rotation supporting critical production services, major incidents, and high-severity customer-impacting events.
