Key Responsibilities Your Role in Our Mission As a Senior Paralegal, you will hit the ground running, managing complex matters from intake through final decree. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting complex pleadings and discovery documents. Managing extensive financial discovery, including tracing separate property funds and investment account analysis. Systematically preparing attorneys for contested evidentiary hearings and final trials by creating trial binders, witness lists, and exhibit summaries. Coordinating with forensic accountants, appraisers, and other expert witnesses. Providing expert strategies and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the litigation process. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you will bring to the role: A minimum of 7+ years of family law experience in Texas; 10+ years of experience is most preferred. A paralegal board certification is a strong plus. You will have an Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. In lieu of education, we will accept 10+ years of exact experience in TX. Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications. Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software. Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and positive communicator. Benefits Competitive Pay: Based on years of experience Paid Time Off!
