Quality Control Inspector - Contract To Hire The Quality Control Inspector position in the Marlborough, MA area is a vital role that ensures all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. This company is known for its commitment to quality and precision in the manufacturing industry. Shift : 8am-5pm Pay Rate : $22-$24/hr Responsibilities Inspect incoming and outgoing products to verify compliance with customer drawings, specifications, military standards, industry requirements, and commercial quality standards. Conduct detailed reviews of purchase orders, sales orders, and supporting documentation to ensure all quality requirements are identified and met. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using standard measuring and inspection equipment. Review material certifications, finish certifications, and test reports to confirm compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management and department leaders to address quality concerns and improve inspection processes. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications, or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to understand military specifications, industry standards, and commercial requirements. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, thread plugs, thread rings, precision pins, and other standard inspection tools.
