Job Overview - Clinical Liaison (RN)
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000/year + bonus
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Monday to Friday


TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinical Liaison (RN) in Oklahoma City, OK for our client, supporting referral development, care coordination, hospital outreach, and home infusion services. This opportunity will work closely with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and managed care teams to identify appropriate patients and facilitate transitions of care from acute settings to home-based treatment. The ideal candidate will bring infusion nursing experience, strong relationship-building skills, and an interest in business development and healthcare sales.


Responsibilities as the Clinical Liaison (RN):

• Referral Development: Build relationships with hospital staff, physicians, discharge planners, and managed care professionals to generate patient referrals and support business growth.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop care plans and facilitate smooth transitions from inpatient settings to home-based services.
• Clinical Assessment: Evaluate patient eligibility, clinical needs, and treatment requirements to ensure appropriate service placement.
• Hospital Outreach: Conduct regular visits with referral sources, provide education regarding available services, and serve as a clinical resource to healthcare partners.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare providers and stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and support patient outcomes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of referral activities, patient interactions, and business development efforts in accordance with organizational standards.

Qualifications for the Clinical Liaison (RN):

• Education: High school diploma is required.
• Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience within infusion nursing, infusion services, or related healthcare settings is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of care transitions, discharge planning, managed care, home infusion services, and referral management processes is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, customer relationship management platforms, and clinical documentation systems is required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, develop referral networks, and manage multiple priorities are required.
