Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families, spanning all life stages from pediatric to geriatric. Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and craft tailored treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Engage in quality enhancement initiatives that advance patient outcomes and promote operational excellence. Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate and timely patient documentation. Provide care both in person and through virtual platforms to cater to patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Possession of, or eligibility for, an active Kentucky medical license. Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills, focusing on prevention and proactive patient care.
