Enrolled Nurse

We are currently seeking an experienced EnrolledNurse to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Como Aged Care Home. This is a Part Time role and will be required to work morning and afternoon shifts. Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday and Saturday Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday and Sunday As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide hands‑on care to residents while supporting a multi-skilled team with a focus on learning and safety. About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an EnrolledNurse Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Consulting with a Registered Nurse in planning care on a shift basis Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements Contributing to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of residents Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace Participating in ongoing learning and development, both individually and as part of a larger team Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make a difference.
