Key Responsibilities Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals. Conduct fitness assessments and provide professional instruction. Build a personal training client base and retain clients over time. Open availability - busiest times are from 5 am to 5 pm. Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.). CPR/AED certified and committed to continuing education. Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills. Requirements We have certification resources available for candidates who aspire to be certified or need to recertify. Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, but not required. Certifications / Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field, or National Personal Training Certification Bilingual a plus Flexible availability, 5 am - 5 pm, is our busiest time!
