Our space is designed like a luxury boutique spa—featuring a curated minimalist design and a calm, upscale health-and-wellness atmosphere.

Because we operate as an intentional, high-efficiency boutique with 1 Dentist and 2 Operatories , every single team member must be an elite performer. We are searching for a highly energetic, tech-savvy clinical quarterback who can serve as our primary host, care presenter, and long-term leader.

We believe in hiring for personality, drive, and communication excellence. If you are highly motivated but lack extensive dental or surgical experience, WE WILL TRAIN YOU on all clinical systems, software stacks, and chairside protocols to ensure your success.

• The Power of Words & Presence: Because we are a premium wellness boutique, our success relies entirely on your exceptional verbal skills and elite communication capabilities . You must possess a refined poise and command a room effortlessly.
• On-Camera Comfort: You must be completely comfortable in front of the camera ! As a modern private practice, we actively create engaging social media and digital content (such as educational video reels, clinic walkthroughs, and aesthetic transformation highlights). You will comfortably act as a visible ambassador for our brand, bringing your natural charm and vibrant energy to our patient-facing digital platforms.

3. Schedule & Hours

• The Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Perfect for professional wellness clients and evening emergency cases).
• Weekly Routine: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. (Thursdays off).
• Weekend Commitment: 2 to 3 Saturdays per month, along with occasional Sunday coverage tailored explicitly to high-value implant surgeries and urgent dental emergencies.

4. Tech Stack & Software Mastery (Training Provided)

You must be inherently tech-forward, a fast learner, and enthusiastic about leveraging modern technology to simplify clinical workflows:

• Practice Management: Navigating Eaglesoft for scheduling, FFS ledger oversight, and dental charting.
• Aesthetic & Wellness CRM: Utilizing Mindbody to manage luxury aesthetic booking, wellness memberships, client tracking, and retail checkout flows.
• Digital Imaging & AI: Utilizing the Dentsply Sirona Primescan intraoral scanner for fast, ultra-precise 3D digital impressions, implant modeling, and sleep appliances. Leveraging AI diagnostic software to present objective, data-driven treatment options to patients.
• Specialized Wellness Systems: Coordinating clinical records with cloud-based Sleep EHRs ( DS3/DentalWriter ).

Our surgical implant and sleep patients require detailed guidance, while our dental emergency patients frequently arrive in severe pain and high anxiety. You are the ultimate host—warm, empathetic, a phenomenal listener, and dedicated to making every single person feel safe, completely heard, and genuinely pampered from the moment they walk through our doors.

6. Compensation & Growth

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on your foundational skills, rapid learning capabilities, and language alignment).
• Career Ascension Path (Potential Office Manager): This position is explicitly designed to transition into a full Office Manager / Practice Director role within 12–18 months as our collections scale. You will eventually oversee future staff onboarding, run practice analytics, and share in equity growth through an executive profit-share model.
• Long-Term Growth Perks: Backed by a performance-driven bonus structure tied directly to out-of-pocket case acceptance and monthly collected FFS revenue.

7. Hybrid Leadership & Core Responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Surgical Chairside Assisting: Confidently handle chairside clinical assisting for dental implant surgeries, advanced bone grafting, dental emergencies, sleep appliance delivery, and facial aesthetic treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin for TMJ/wrinkles, dermal fillers, or advanced skincare devices).
• High-Value FFS Case Closure: Present and close premium, out-of-pocket care plans. Using our clinical AI imaging tools and Primescan 3D renderings , you will build undeniable value for cash-based workflows—fluently navigating these complex clinical and financial conversations in both English and Spanish .
• Boutique Operations Manager: Optimize our 2-operatory schedule inside Eaglesoft and Mindbody to maximize daily revenue while preventing a "rushed" corporate feel. You will quarterback patient handoffs, manage surgical/aesthetic inventory, and maintain a seamless workflow.
