We are looking for a Client Advocate to join our rapidly growing team! As a member of our Client Experience Team, you can help Payentry provide excellent service, training, and results to our clients.

What you'll do:

• Establish and manage positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience
• Support client's needs and requests
• Responsible for learning and understanding system functionality
• Engage clients in product features and functionality
• Work with a great team to support our clients!
• Utilize our technology to assist with payroll, time & attendance, HR and much more!

Where you'll work:

• This is a hybrid position requiring commute to one of our branches in Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Rockville MD, or Trevose PA
