Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities Lead user research for the product, including interviews and focus groups as needed. Observe users in their environment to gain insights into how they interact with software applications and identify opportunities for improvement. Create low- to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for proposed solutions. Coordinate and lead user testing sessions with hospital employees and customers to validate solutions. Participate in implementation kickoff meetings to ensure stakeholders, developers, and testers understand the intended user experience. Provide written guidance for software engineers describing expected behavior and UI design. Perform UI reviews of completed development work to ensure new features are production ready. Collaborate with brand, marketing, and other designers to develop a design system and styling guidelines that represent VEG’s brand identity. Test and evaluate new AI design tools to streamline design processes. Build interactive prototypes for solution validation. Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in UX/UI product design on browser‑based and native mobile applications. Creative and detail‑oriented. Strong communication skills and experience presenting research findings. Proficiency with design systems aligned with frontend frameworks. Skill set including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, and Pendo. Experience with AI design tools such as Stitch, Claude Design, or Figma Make.
