This is a highly visible position that will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives.The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and will manage one direct report.ResponsibilitiesLead and support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and ongoing financial planningDevelop financial models, forecasts, and management reportingAnalyze business performance, financial trends, KPIs, and variancesProvide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-makingPrepare financial presentations and analyses for senior leadershipAnalyze operating expenses, identify key cost drivers, and highlight opportunities for efficienciesSupport cash forecasting and broader planning initiativesPartner with teams across the organization on financial and strategic projectsBuild and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting toolsSupport finance transformation, automation, and process improvement initiativesImprove reporting, data quality, processes, and overall efficiencyPerform ad hoc financial and strategic analysisManage and mentor one finance professionalQualifications6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, management reporting, or related experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a xhyhwjd related fieldStrong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skillsSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with reporting automation, systems implementations, or process improvements preferredAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExposure to Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools is a plusStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
