Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Alameda County. This is an on-call position offering flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability. What Makes Working with Us Different? Responsibilities - On-call as-needed. The hired candidate will be paid for the entire time they are on-call, working or not.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and

toileting

• Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate service documentation

Qualifications/ Requirements

• On-call as-needed - Weekday or Weekend positions available
• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain

registration before hire

• Reliable transportation, requirement to travel anywhere in Alameda County
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingess to obtain
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia
• Authorized to work in the United States
