Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep Things Moving: Load rolls of bags into the machine tray, feed the duct product into the bags, start the machine, and neatly tear the bags from the back end.

• Secure the Product: Release the bagged products from the machine and safely tie them using a metal tie.

• Label with Care: Select and apply the correct labels and spec sheets to matching products so everything is perfectly tracked.

• Stay on Target: Read and follow the daily production schedule provided by your Crew Chief.

• Make Adjustments: Perform routine changes and quick operational adjustments to the bagging machine when needed.

• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Team Player: Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned to help the team win.

• Works under direct supervision and follows clear written/verbal instructions.

• Resolves routine, everyday questions independently; passes complex issues to supervisors.

• Stays aware of production urgency and keeps up a steady pace to meet daily goals and overtime targets.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Quick Hands & Agility: Ability to operate safely and efficiently in a high-speed, fast-paced environment.

• Sharp Eyes: Detail-oriented with the ability to read labels, specs, and numbers accurately.
  EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Background check and Drug Test That tests for THC

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
