Job Description Farmers Insurance Agency Ownership Training Program ***In Office, no Remote***. Have you ever dreamed of owning a business but felt limited by capital or unsure of where to begin? This program allows you to gain hands‑on experience and comprehensive training in the insurance industry while transitioning into agency ownership. Requirements Licensing – Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required. Language Skills – Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
