Business Data Analyst

To support data development and maintenance efforts, the full-time Business Data Analyst will gather requirements, document data solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Reviews and creates detailed documentation of business rules and data needs Coordinates discussions with stakeholders to capture and review use cases and requirements Collaborates with developers to define and document data solutions that meet business needs Required qualifications 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, or a related field Demonstrated data query skills and experience with Microsoft Azure Data tools or Snowflake Technologies Background in data analysis, profiling, transformation, and reporting Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum processes
