As a Senior Tax Manager, you've already spent years building your technical expertise, managing clients and helping junior accountants develop. You're probably at the stage where you want more than just another portfolio of tax returns to review.

You'll oversee a varied portfolio of individual and business tax clients, provide technical guidance, mentor your team and work closely with Partners to help develop the practice.

What they're looking for

• 7+ years of recent Public Accounting experience
\n
• CPA or EA qualified
\n
• Strong generalist tax experience across individual and business returns
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing complex tax returns
\n
• Confidence mentoring and developing junior accountants
\n
• Construction industry experience would be a bonus
\n
• CCH Axcess experience preferred
\n

The Raleigh team enjoys working together in person, so ideally you'll be comfortable spending four days a week in the office, although there's some flexibility for the right person.

\n

\n
