Build mastery on state-of-the-art EDM equipment
Join our client’s team and help produce high-precision components by setting up, operating, and caring for CNC EDM machinery while supporting adjacent grind operations.
Why this role- Own complete EDM setups from program load to first-article verification.
- Apply blueprint literacy and inspection criteria to every stage of the job.
- Keep machines optimized through offset adjustments, tooling selection, and in-process checks.
- Diagnose and correct machining issues quickly; maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with grind operations and perform routine maintenance and tool changes to maximize uptime.
- Experience in CNC machining; EDM exposure or proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, indicators).
- A detail-driven approach and strong commitment to quality and safety.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate closely with production and engineering.
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends (Fri–Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
